I have been working with Debbie for the past few months to redecorate my apartment. She’s wonderful to work with – she learned my tastes quickly, she”s a lot of fun, and she is happy to work at my pace and within my budget. I’d never worked with a decorator before because I thought it would be too expensive. However, it turns out I am saving money – she found me an amazing deal on a new sofa that matched some of the pieces we already had. I would recommend Debbie to anybody looking for either ideas on freshening up their place or a full-scale redecoration.
Debbie is incredible stager. She came to my home months before I decided to sell to provide an estimate on how to make my home beautiful and sell for top dollar. Her project management background gave me a ‘workback schedule’ so I knew exactly what I needed to do to prepare of the big day. She worked hard and creatively to utilize as much of my own items (furniture and decor pieces etc) and bring in selective pieces to tie the whole house together. Debbie was fantastic. Though her hard work she made one of my least favourite rooms in my house into a room that I love! She made the process easy for me and her rates were very reasonable, especially given the amount of thought and hard work she put into the job. Debbie is thinking of her clients wherever she goes and her love of her job is really reflected in what she does. I am very happy to have worked with Debbie and I would highly recommend her.

I hired Debbie Biagini of Next Stage Living on the recommendation of my real estate agent, when I planned to sell my mother’s apartment. The apartment was thirty years old and somewhat worn.
Debbie first brought in a contractor (Jason Hutchins of PrimeWorks) to do basic but essential renovations – replacing rugs with laminate flooring, painting the walls and doors, updating some some fixtures, etc. Then Debbie staged the apartment, creatively using many existing pieces of furniture to keep the cost down.
The transformation was striking – the apartment looked modern, bright and airy. I was very pleased with the whole process and results – Next Stage Living and PrimeWorks kept to the budget and met all the deadlines but, most of all, the results were impressive and professional.
The apartment sold shortly after for very satisfactory price despite a slowing real estate market.
