Consultations – The onsite consultation is designed to provide you with all the answers you need to prepare your home for sale and execute on suggestions by room. Next Stage Living provides you with a room-by-room home review; inside and outside. You will receive a comprehensive report, which will be reviewed with you and will include a list of priorities from curb appeal, smart updates, minor repairs and enhancements.

Staging – We stage your home to target potential buyers. This part is the prep work, including recommendations made from the consultation. If you are on a tight timeline, not to worry, we are a full service company that can connect you to trades people, cleaners, storage and furniture rentals to help make your job easier and get the work done quickly.

Showcasing – Transforming your home into a home product ready for sale. Next Stage Living specializes in working with your own furnishing to showcase your homes finest features. We use specific items, such as artwork, lighting and decorative accessories which will showcase your home and ensure that it stands out online. If your home is vacant, we use only quality accessories and small furnishings at a reasonable monthly rental cost. Larger pieces, such as sofas, dining room and bedroom sets, will be chosen by us from our outside furniture rental partners.
